Some employers or senior management may be tempted to exclude coverage of the issues such as Work at Height and Manual Handling as they can be perceived to be 'not office related'...

However, the key is to appropriately cover these issues for the office environment. e.g. a person standing on a work chair is considered 'working at height' and a person unloading a delivery of office stationery can be Manual Handling.

It is important that employers provide the appropriate information, instruction and training to a level that is suitable and sufficient for the level of risk. This health & safety training course, provided by Dorset Chamber Training based in Pool & Dorset, is accessible at anytime online from an internet connected device at work and at home, such as a computer, tablet or smart phone.

This training provides an outline of all of the areas an employer is expected to address including home workers and the basics of 'Before Use' visual inspection techniques required for anyone using equipment at work.

Our online training environment is easy to use, simple to manage and cost effective.

Account Managers are able to review trainee's progress and filter reports where necessary, see our features page for more information.
